We Invite You!

Jalapeno Tree and the Palestine YMCA invite you to come participate in the 2024 Jalapeno Tree ETX Fall Classic! This tournament is open to Rec, Academy, and Comp teams from U5 - U19, Boys & Girls!

Tournament will be held at the Palestine YMCA Soccer Complex, located in Palestine, TX.

Come out and enjoy the beautiful fields and exciting atmosphere!

All of our tournaments have a risk free registration process. This means we will not process your payment until we 100% have a spot for your team to play. This allows several things to take place:

You can be confident in registering and entering your payment method. Since we do not process your payment until we know we have a spot for you, you have immediate access to your funds should you want/need to cancel your registration. (the two week prior to tournament rule does still apply)
Adds your team to the Applied List, attracting others to join and build your division/brackets.

Tournament Rules

Please take the time to read the rules. Not every tournament has the same rules. Even the most seasoned manager/coach should read at minimum the sections in red.

PAPERWORK & CHECK-IN

You MUST upload your official NTSSA or USClub roster during the registration process OR once registered, edit your registration and then upload your official roster.

You MUST set your tournament roster once registered. WE WILL NOT APPROVE YOUR TOURNAMENT ROSTER UNTIL WE HAVE YOUR OFFICIAL ROSTER, GUEST PLAYER FORMS, AND EVERY PLAYER HAS A JERSEY NUMBER.

Once the schedule is ready, every team MUST print and bring their game cards for each game. If your games cards are printing correct with every player AND jersey numbers, then you are checked in and can go straight to your game(s).

Teams that are missing players or jersey numbers, MUST check in at Tournament HQ an hour BEFORE your first game.

GotSport - Paperwork Upload Instructions:

Log into your gotSport Account
Select Team Management
Select your team, then click on Team Registrations
Select the tournament you need to upload paperwork to
Select Registration, then click "Edit" and scroll down to the Upload question specific for the document you need to upload

Adding Guest Players/Club Pass Players:

Log into your gotSport Account
Click Team Management
Click on your team
Click on the "Roster" tab
Click the drop down box and select the event.
From here, You would select the Add Guest player button or add Club Pass player button.
Enter the players First and Last name, and DOB then click search.

If the player is properly registered, they will come up in the search results and you can add them. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT for a player that is already registered.

Build Roster for Event in GotSport

Log into your GotSport account
Click on Team Management
Select the team you need to build the roster for
Click on the Roster tab
Click the drop-down box labeled Select Event Roster and select the event in question
Click search
From here, you can Clone from a previous event or the teams league registration, utilizing the "Clone Roster from" option to the right of the screen.

If your event roster does not look correct, your game cards will not be correct. If you run into any problems, please feel free to reach out for assistance ASAP, the sooner the better.
