Online Check-In Process

Check-In will be handled online prior to event start.

To SUCCESSFULLY check in, the following items need to be completed.

  1. Set Event Roster
  2. Upload Documents showing that each player on event roster is registered as a USYS player for the current season. The following documents will be accepted as proof of registration.
    1. Official Roster from current season. (Must show from current season.)
    2. Guest player Form with all required signatures.
    3. Player Cards
  3. If a player is not registered as a USYS registered player, then  Special Event Registration form will need to be filled out and uploaded for each player. Accompanied by $10 fee for each player.

As our staff members verify players and paperwork, we will notify you that you are officially checked in or we will advise you of what you need to do to complete check-in.

If for some reason you do not understand the instructions above and are unable to properly check-in online, you will be able to check-in at tournament headquarters prior to your first game. Check-in will start at 7:00 AM, the morning of the tournament.  We ask that you please check-in at least one hour before your first game, but highly encourage you to complete your check-in online.
