Coppell Soccer Association & Tournament Central invite you to come and be a part of the Coppell Cup being held at the beautiful Wagon Wheel and Andy Brown West soccer complexes in Coppell, Texas. This tournament will be a great season opener to get your team ready for the fall season. Come out and have some pre-season fun with your Tournament Family!
Home of the 100% Risk Free Registration
All of our tournaments have a risk free registration process. This means we will not process your payment until we 100% have a spot for your team to play. This allows several things to take place:
- You can be confident in registering and entering your payment method. Since we do not process your payment until we know we have a spot for you, you have immediate access to your funds should you want/need to cancel your registration. (the two week prior to tournament rule does still apply)
- Adds your team to the Applied List, attracting others to join and build your division/brackets.

Tournament Rules
Please take the time to read the rules. Not every tournament has the same rules. Even the most seasoned manager/coach should read at minimum the sections in red.
Hotel Information
This is a Stay-to-Play sanctioned tournament.
We have partnered with Traveling Teams® to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels close to our venues. All teams in need of hotel accommodations are required to reserve room through Travel Teams®. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
PAPERWORK & CHECK-IN
You MUST upload your official NTSSA or USClub roster during the registration process OR once registered, edit your registration and then upload your official roster.
You MUST set your tournament roster once registered. WE WILL NOT APPROVE YOUR TOURNAMENT ROSTER UNTIL WE HAVE YOUR OFFICAL ROSTER, GUEST PLAYER FORMS, AND EVERY PLAYER HAS A JERSEY NUMBER.
Once the schedule is ready, every team MUST print and bring their game cards for each game. If your games cards are printing correct with every player AND jersey numbers, then you are checked in and can go straight to your game(s).
Teams that are missing players or jersey numbers, MUST check in at either Andy Brown or Wagon Wheel an hour BEFORE your first game.
- Log into your gotSport Account
- Select Team Management
- Select your team, then click on Team Registrations
- Select the tournament you need to upload paperwork to
- Select Registration, then click "Edit" and scroll down to the Upload question specific for the document you need to upload
Adding Guest Players/Club Pass Players:
- Log into your gotSport Account
- Click Team Management
- Click on your team
- Click on the "Roster" tab
- Click the drop down box and select the event.
- From here, You would select the Add Guest player button or add Club Pass player button.
- Enter the players First and Last name, and DOB then click search.
If the player is properly registered, they will come up in the search results and you can add them. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT for a player that is already registered.
- Log into your GotSport account
- Click on Team Management
- Select the team you need to build the roster for
- Click on the Roster tab
- Click the drop-down box labeled Select Event Roster and select the event in question
- Click search
- From here, you can Clone from a previous event or the teams league registration, utilizing the "Clone Roster from" option to the right of the screen.
If your event roster does not look correct, your game cards will not be correct. If you run into any problems, please feel free to reach out for assistance ASAP, the sooner the better.
